What is a Health and Wellness Coach?

A conduit to assist in providing the appropriate guidance, encouragement/motivation and support a client needs to achieve and sustain their personal, unique optimal Health and Wellness goals!

What is an Herbalist?

Offers the appropriate herbal recommendations that will best address the client’s particular health ailments/concerns via medicinal/therapeutic preventative care, improvement & support techniques.

Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching/Herbal Consulting Service Package

Inclusive of:

  1. Herbal Consultations - (12 Consultation Case Sessions in total) >> (1st Initial Case Session = 60-90mins) >> (11 Follow-up Case Sessions = 30-45mins); Herbal remedies, healthy lifestyle and healthful eating habit recommendations.   

  2. Healthful grocery shopping tips/info, including trips with me to the store

  3. Check-ins in between sessions (just a phone call away for extra support in between sessions)

  4. Accountability partner 

  5. Share pertinent knowledge from reputable, valuable health sources

Prices for this service package: $1,200 in total for 6 months >> $100/per session (12 weeks; 2 sessions per month)

Full/total payment, or down payments(deposits) due at booking -> (installment payments of $50, $100, or $200) 

Following payment options: 

  • Option A – weekly; payments in 4 increments each month >> ($50 each week after initial $50 down payment)

  • Option B – Bi-weekly; payments to be made twice each month >> ($100 every two weeks after initial $100 down payment)

  • Option C – Full monthly payments of $200

**Note >> a 50% discount will be granted to individuals who choose to pay for the whole 6-month program up front (i.e. an initial $600 paid in full for the whole 6 months)

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Cancellation/Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy

Home of Divine Love Paradise values your time, energy, and commitment to your health and wellness journey. Therefore, to keep our work together smooth and respectful for both of us, please review the following policies for all consultation sessions therein the package.

As it is understood that 'life happens', to keep your experience supportive and consistent, I ask if for some reason an appointment needs to be canceled, may you please give a courtesy cancellation notice NO LATER than 24hrs prior to the scheduled consultation session and we will reschedule for a future date.... Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as complete no-shows, will result in the prepaid session being forfeited.  Also, please plan to arrive on time so we can enjoy the full session, and again give a courtesy notice if you're running late.
*Please note* - Late arrivals will not be able to extend past the scheduled end time. I will render a '25-minute grace period' for 1st initial consultations and a '15-min grace period' for the Follow-up sessions, however, if you arrive after the 15-25 minutes provided the session may be considered a no-show and will be forfeited as well. I do this to honor both your time and the time of other clients.
 
Furthermore, your health and wellness package is a 6-month program length, and all sessions must be used within this timeframe.
Package payments are prepaid and non-refundable!

With all this stated:

I understand that true emergencies occur (i.e., illness, accidents, or family emergencies), thus an exception may be granted at my discretion.

Additionally, if I ever need to adjust/cancel and or reschedule a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and make sure we find the next available time with NO PENALTY, of course.
By booking and enrolling in the 6-month program, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation/rescheduling and late arrival policy.
I am here to support you every step of the way, thank you in advance for respecting these guidelines so we can make the most of our time together. I appreciate your dedication and understanding to this health and wellness journey.
