Healthful grocery shopping tips/info, including trips with me to the store
Check-ins in between sessions (just a phone call away for extra support in between sessions)

Prices for this service package: $1,200 in total for 6 months >> $100/per session (12 weeks; 2 sessions per month)
First initial payment due by first session (payments of $50, $100, or $200)
Following payment options:
Option A – weekly; payment in 4 increments >> ($50 each week after initial $50 down payment)
Option B – Bi-weekly; half and half >> ($100 to be paid two weeks after initial $100 down payment)
Option C – Full monthly payment of $200
**Note >> a 50% discount will be granted to individuals who choose to pay for the whole 6-month program up front (i.e. an initial $600 paid in full for the whole 6months; or the option of an initial $300 for the first three months and a following $300 payment for the last three months)

Payments due by the date of each scheduled session (or one-time payment of $150 due by the date of the 1st initial Consultation Case Session)

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
As it is understood that 'life happens', if for any reason an appointment needs to be canceled, please give a courtesy cancellation notice NO LATER than 24hrs prior to the scheduled consultation date, & we may reschedule for a future date.... Please be mindful, that any cancellations after the allotted time specified will also have the opportunity to reschedule for a future date, however,
